Company background
All Programming's owner has been in the computer industry for a little more than 10 years. In those 10 years we have gained expertise in many disciplines such as:
- software development
- website design
- hardware setup and maintenance
- business analysis and systems analysis
This company was formed as a result of the owner leaving the company he was previously a director of (company name not mentioned intentionally) because of the way the company was managed and run by the majority shareholder. Many lessons, good and bad have been learnt from that experience, the greatest lessons of which are,
"A small business shouldn't start off being run like a corporate enterprise, unless of course you have unlimited start up funds to do this"
and the other lesson,
"Don't take to long to think of how to create/market/sell a service or product, just do it, learn from mistakes and keep doing it. A small business does not have the cash flow to take its time, cash flow is everything after all"
For us doing business is simple, focus on service and get the job done well, although easier said then done, when we give great service and finish the work according to client expectation, we always end up with a happy client.
